StrollerScout
StrollerScout is a mobile app (with a lightweight web companion) that helps parents pick family outings based on the stuff that actually breaks a day out: stroller access, clean bathrooms, shade, noise level, parking pain, lines, and whether kids can roam safely. It combines traditional app features with light AI to summarize reviews into practical “parent reality” notes (e.g., “bathroom is inside the café; long line at noon”). Users filter by child age, nap window, weather tolerance, and time budget, then get a short list of nearby parks, museums, indoor play spots, farms, and events with a simple “friction score.” The app also supports quick “Plan B” suggestions when weather flips or a venue is crowded. The goal isn’t to be another generic map—it’s to reduce outing failure rates for families.
