StudioLedger

StudioLedger is a mobile + web app for working artists to manage the unglamorous business side of making art: inventory, editions, locations, consignment, provenance, pricing history, and sales. You create a piece once, attach photos, materials, dimensions, and a unique QR label, then track where it goes (studio, gallery, collector, storage) and under what terms (consignment %, dates, insurance value). It generates clean PDFs for invoices, certificates of authenticity, and consignment sheets, and keeps a timeline of exhibitions and ownership changes. It’s a traditional app with light AI: auto-extract details from photos/receipts/emails and suggest consistent titles, tags, and pricing comps from your own history (not generic “AI art advice”). This is not a marketplace; it’s a back-office system artists actually use weekly.
