Members buy packs or memberships, book classes, and get clear, automated rules for late-cancel/no-show fees. Instructors clock in, see their class rosters, and get payout summaries based on your studio’s pay model (flat rate, per-head, tiered). Owners get a daily “money dashboard” showing expected revenue vs. collected, expiring packs, and churn risk signals. It integrates with Stripe for payments and sends reminders via SMS/email to reduce no-shows. This is not glamorous, but it’s the part studios complain about constantly—and many are stuck with bloated tools they don’t fully use.
