StudioLedger is a mobile + web app for potters who sell work and keep losing track of what’s drying, bisqued, glazed, fired, photographed, listed, and delivered. It acts like lightweight inventory + production tracking built specifically for ceramics, not generic retail. You create a “piece card” with form, clay body, weight, dimensions, stage, and photos; then move it through a simple workflow (wet, leatherhard, bone dry, bisque, glaze, glaze fire, ready, sold). It generates batch labels/QR codes so you can scan at the wheel, glaze table, or kiln room to update status in seconds. It also tracks costs at a realistic level (materials, firing cycles, studio fees) and links pieces to sales channels (in-person markets, Instagram, Etsy/Shopify via CSV import/export). It won’t magically make you more creative, but it will reduce preventable losses and missed deliveries.
