It combines identity verification, income/employment checks, rental-history signals, and a standardized sublet agreement workflow with e-signatures. The app also creates a “condition + inventory” handoff package (photo/video checklist, timestamps, meter readings) to reduce deposit fights. It’s not a marketplace; it’s a transaction layer that plugs into wherever the sublet was found (Facebook groups, Craigslist, friends). Revenue comes from per-screening fees and optional add-ons like higher-depth checks and document storage.
