SubMinder

SubMinder is a web + mobile app that gives shoppers a single calendar and control panel for all their subscription deliveries (coffee, pet food, vitamins, meal kits, etc.). Users forward order emails or connect Gmail/Outlook; the app extracts next ship dates, item quantities, and skip/cancel links, then sends reminders before charges and shipments. It also tracks delivery reliability (late shipments, missing items) and keeps a simple “inventory countdown” so users can avoid over-ordering. The app doesn’t pretend to magically manage every merchant via API; instead it focuses on high-confidence parsing, actionable reminders, and one-tap deep links to the exact merchant page to skip/pause. Monetization is freemium: free for a few subscriptions, paid for unlimited tracking, family sharing, and advanced alerts. This is an AI + traditional app (AI for email parsing and classification; traditional for scheduling, notifications, and dashboards).
