SubnetLedger

SubnetLedger is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) for small-to-mid networks that are too complex for spreadsheets but not big enough to justify heavy enterprise IPAM. It continuously reconciles “what you think you have” (DHCP scopes, DNS zones, cloud VPC/VNet subnets, and router/switch ARP tables) with “what’s actually in use,” then flags conflicts, ghost reservations, and risky overlap across sites and clouds. The product focuses on fast setup: connect read-only credentials, import existing CSVs, and get a clean, searchable inventory with change history. It also generates human-friendly subnet documentation, ownership tags, and simple approval workflows for new allocations. This is a traditional app with a small AI assist: it suggests likely owners and naming conventions from patterns, but doesn’t pretend to be autonomous networking magic.
