SubPlanHero

SubPlanHero is a web + mobile AI-assisted app that helps K–12 teachers create reliable, standards-aligned substitute plans fast. Teachers enter grade, subject, time blocks, classroom routines, and any constraints (no devices, limited copies, mixed levels). The app generates a sub packet: minute-by-minute schedule, clear student-facing directions, differentiated activities, behavior supports, emergency procedures, and printable handouts. It also produces a “Sub Quick Brief” one-pager and a materials checklist so the day doesn’t fall apart. Teachers can save templates by class period, attach seating charts, and export to Google Drive/PDF. This is not a full LMS replacement; it focuses on the high-stress moment when a teacher is out and chaos is likely. Schools can optionally provide approved activity banks to keep content compliant and consistent across classrooms.
