SubPlanKit is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps teachers generate high-quality, classroom-ready substitute plans fast. Instead of generic templates, it builds a “day packet” from your existing routines: bell work, procedures, seating charts, emergency info, and a bank of standards-aligned activities that don’t require new instruction. You pick the period lengths, class types, and constraints (no tech, limited copies, behavior concerns), and it outputs a printable packet plus a shareable link for the sub. It also includes a quick “what actually happened” feedback form for the substitute so you can adjust the next time. This is an AI + traditional app: AI drafts the packet and differentiates activities; the app manages your reusable classroom profile, files, and printing formats. It’s narrow by design—built for the worst days when you’re sick or out unexpectedly.
