SubPlanPro

SubPlanPro is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teachers and schools create substitute-ready classroom plans that are clear, consistent, and hard to mess up. Teachers build a reusable “classroom playbook” once: routines, seating, behavior expectations, emergency procedures, tech logins, and common accommodations. For each absence, they generate a day-specific packet by selecting lesson links or uploading worksheets, then the app outputs a clean, printable PDF plus a sub-facing checklist. Substitutes can check off steps, log incidents, and leave structured notes that map back to the teacher’s template. An AI assistant can summarize prior sub feedback, flag missing details (e.g., no attendance instructions), and rewrite directions at a simpler reading level. This isn’t glamorous, but it targets a real operational failure point: chaotic sub days that waste learning time and create behavior blowups.
