SubPlanPro is a web + mobile app that helps K-12 teachers create substitute-ready lesson plans in minutes and keep them updated. Teachers store reusable “day templates” (attendance routine, classroom rules, seating charts, emergency info, tech logins) and attach standards-aligned activities with printable and digital options. When a teacher is out, they generate a sub packet and a simple timeline for the day, plus a sub-facing checklist and behavior notes. The app also includes a sub feedback form (what got done, issues, student helpers) that automatically summarizes back to the teacher. It’s realistic: it won’t pretend to know your students perfectly; it focuses on reducing chaos, missing materials, and unclear instructions. Schools can optionally provide a shared library of approved activities and policies so plans match campus expectations and reduce admin headaches.
