SubPulse

SubPulse is a web + mobile app that helps teachers and schools generate, distribute, and track substitute-ready classroom plans in minutes. Teachers build a reusable “day kit” (routines, seating notes, emergency procedures, behavior expectations, tech logins, and lesson templates) and can publish a one-click sub packet for any absence. Subs get a clean, step-by-step timeline view with printable backups, while admins can verify coverage, see which classes have complete plans, and nudge teachers who are missing essentials. The app also includes a lightweight incident log and end-of-day report so the teacher returns to actionable notes instead of vague emails. It’s not trying to replace the LMS; it focuses on the messy operational gap between “teacher is out” and “class runs smoothly.” Expect heavy adoption where sub shortages and last-minute absences are routine.
