SubRegRadar
SubRegRadar is a web app (with optional email/Slack alerts) that tracks delegated legislation and secondary instruments across selected jurisdictions, then turns scattered updates into a single, searchable feed. Users subscribe to topics (e.g., environmental permits, financial conduct, health safety) and get change alerts when new instruments are laid, amended, withdrawn, or enter into force. The app focuses on the unglamorous but real workflow: monitoring, triaging, and proving you didn’t miss something. It provides a clean timeline per instrument, links to official sources, and a lightweight impact log where teams can assign an owner, add notes, and mark “reviewed.” It’s a combination app: traditional monitoring plus AI-assisted summarization of long instruments into plain-language bullet points with citations to the relevant sections. It will not replace legal counsel; it reduces the time wasted finding and sorting updates.
