SubroPulse

SubroPulse is a web app (with optional mobile photo capture) that helps insurers and TPAs manage subrogation and recovery opportunities inside everyday claims workflows. It monitors claim notes, documents, and loss details to flag recovery triggers (third-party involvement, product liability, roadway defects, landlord negligence), then guides adjusters through a standardized recovery checklist. The app generates demand packages, tracks statute-of-limitations deadlines by jurisdiction, and keeps a clean audit trail of outreach, evidence, and lien activity. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to extract entities from documents (parties, dates, policy numbers), classify recovery potential, and draft initial correspondence—while humans remain in control. Realistically, the value is not “magic AI,” it’s preventing missed recoveries and deadline slippage with a disciplined, measurable process that plugs into existing claim systems rather than replacing them.
