SubroScout

SubroScout is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for property & casualty carriers and TPAs to identify subrogation opportunities early and package them into clean, litigation-ready referrals. It ingests claim notes, loss descriptions, photos, police/fire reports, and vendor invoices, then flags third-party liability signals (e.g., product failure, contractor negligence, auto-at-fault, landlord maintenance). The app generates a concise subrogation brief: key facts, timeline, parties, policy/coverage pointers, evidence checklist, and estimated recovery range. It also tracks statute-of-limitations deadlines, sends reminders, and provides a simple workflow for adjusters to approve, request missing evidence, or route to internal recovery teams/counsel. Realistically, it won’t “magically” recover money—its value is reducing missed recoveries and wasted time on low-probability pursuits.
