SubroSense

SubroSense is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps insurers and TPAs identify and pursue subrogation opportunities faster and more consistently. It ingests claim notes, police reports, photos, invoices, and adjuster communications, then flags recovery potential (e.g., auto liability, product defect, premises liability, workers’ comp overlaps) with a confidence score and a checklist of missing evidence. The app generates outreach packets, demand letters, and task queues, and tracks statute-of-limitations deadlines so recoveries don’t die in someone’s inbox. This is an AI + traditional workflow product: AI does document extraction, entity matching, and opportunity scoring; the rest is a hardened case-management pipeline with audit trails. Realistically, success depends on tight integrations and disciplined change management—without those, it becomes “yet another dashboard” adjusters ignore.
