SubSentry is an AI speech-recognition app for live meetings and calls that generates real-time captions and highlights “high-risk” phrases before they become problems. It’s built for regulated or high-stakes conversations (sales, support, finance, healthcare-adjacent) where a single sentence can trigger compliance issues, refunds, or legal exposure. The app runs as a desktop companion (Windows/macOS) with optional web dashboard: it listens to system audio/mic, captions in a small overlay, and marks phrases like guarantees, medical claims, discriminatory language, or policy violations. Users can customize rule packs (e.g., “no promises,” “no diagnosis,” “no pricing commitments”) and get gentle prompts with safer alternative wording.
