SubSentry

SubSentry is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for subscription-commerce brands that flags churn risk and operational issues early—before customers cancel. It connects to Shopify (and Recharge/Stripe) to monitor signals like failed payments, shipping delays, product complaints, skipped orders, discount dependency, and sudden engagement drops. The app recommends specific interventions (e.g., swap product, delay shipment, offer smaller size, proactive support message) and can trigger automated workflows in Klaviyo or customer support tools. It also provides a “Churn Autopsy” dashboard that groups cancellations by root cause, not just generic reasons, so operators can fix the real problems (inventory, fulfillment SLAs, product quality, pricing). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional integrations and dashboards plus AI to classify cancellation text, support tickets, and reviews into actionable churn drivers. It’s built for small teams that can’t afford a full data science stack.
