SubSentry

SubSentry is a mobile + web app that finds, tracks, and helps you cancel recurring charges before they quietly wreck your budget. It connects to your bank via a read-only aggregator, detects subscriptions and “near-subscriptions” (annual renewals, trial-to-paid flips, price hikes), and shows a simple runway: how many days until your next tight-cash moment if nothing changes. You set a monthly cap for recurring spend and get alerts when you’re on track to exceed it. The app generates one-tap cancellation packets (merchant contact, scripts, links, and dispute steps) and can auto-create calendar holds for renewal dates. It also supports “subscription freeze plans” (which services to pause first) based on usage signals you optionally provide (email receipts, app usage). This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for merchant classification, renewal prediction, and cancellation guidance.
