SubSentry is a mobile + web AI-assisted subscription watchdog focused on tech subscriptions (SaaS, cloud tools, VPNs, streaming, app add-ons). It connects to your email inbox and optionally your bank/credit card feed to detect recurring charges, renewal notices, price increases, and “trial ending” traps. It then normalizes everything into one dashboard: what you pay, why you pay it, who owns it, renewal dates, and cancellation links that actually work. The app flags “likely unused” subscriptions using lightweight signals (no recent login emails, no usage receipts, long gaps between invoices) and nudges you before renewals. It also generates a one-click “cancel plan” checklist with screenshots and steps per provider, because many cancellations are intentionally annoying. Reality check: you won’t beat banks at transaction categorization, but you can win by being laser-focused on tech subscriptions and renewal friction.
