SubsidyLens
SubsidyLens is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for governments and development agencies to monitor industrial-policy incentives in the real world. It centralizes subsidy contracts, milestones, and reporting across firms, then flags underperformance early: missed capex, delayed hiring, weak export targets, or suspicious related-party procurement. The app combines traditional workflow software with light AI: it extracts obligations from PDFs, reconciles self-reported KPIs against payroll/tax/customs datasets (where available), and produces audit-ready scorecards by program, sector, and region. It’s designed for politically sensitive environments: every metric is traceable to a source, and the system logs changes for accountability. Expect messy data and partial integrations—SubsidyLens focuses on “good enough” verification and exception management rather than perfect econometric attribution. The goal is simple: reduce waste, improve compliance, and help decision-makers reallocate funds faster.
