SubsidyLens

SubsidyLens is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that tracks, normalizes, and alerts on energy-related subsidies, tax credits, rebates, and incentive programs across jurisdictions. It ingests primary sources (government gazettes, regulator sites, program portals, legislative trackers), extracts key terms (eligibility, budget caps, deadlines, phase-outs, technology scope), and turns them into a searchable, comparable dataset. Users get change alerts, timelines, and “impact notes” that quantify likely demand shifts (e.g., EV credits tightening, solar rebate budget exhaustion) and flag compliance gotchas. The product is built for professionals who currently rely on messy newsletters, consultants, or manual monitoring. It won’t magically predict policy, but it will reduce missed updates and help teams react faster with evidence. Monetization is subscription per seat plus enterprise feeds/API for analysts and platforms.
