SubSwap

SubSwap is a web + mobile app that helps consumers manage, pause, swap, and legally transfer subscription boxes and memberships they no longer want. Users connect email/receipts to detect active subscriptions, then choose actions: pause (where supported), downgrade, or list an upcoming shipment for transfer to another user at a discount. For merchants, SubSwap offers a lightweight portal and API to enable “transferable subscriptions” with identity verification, address changes, and revenue-sharing on resales—turning churn into recovered revenue. The app focuses on subscription commerce (boxes, consumables, memberships) where people frequently overbuy, move, or change preferences. It includes buyer protection, shipment tracking, and simple dispute handling. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for subscription detection from inbox/receipts and for matching buyers to relevant listings, but the core value is marketplace workflow and merchant integrations.
