SubSwap is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) for food subscription businesses that turns cancellations into “swap” offers customers actually accept. When a customer tries to cancel, SubSwap predicts the most likely save option—pause, smaller box, different dietary plan, fewer deliveries, or a one-time skip—then presents it in a clean, fast flow. It plugs into Shopify/WooCommerce/Recharge and your email/SMS tool to track outcomes and learn which offers work per segment. You get a churn dashboard, A/B testing for save flows, and automated win-back sequences that don’t feel spammy. This is not magic: it won’t fix a bad product or pricing. But for decent subscription brands bleeding churn, it can recover meaningful revenue by making “change my plan” easier than “cancel.” Combination traditional + AI app (AI for offer selection and messaging).
