SubSwitch
SubSwitch is a web app (with a lightweight merchant admin mobile companion) that lets subscription brands offer instant “swap instead of cancel” flows: change product, size, frequency, bundle, or pause with a single click. It plugs into Shopify + Recharge (and later other subscription platforms) and replaces the generic cancellation page with a configurable decision tree and a customer self-serve portal. The core value is reducing involuntary churn caused by wrong variant, too much inventory at home, budget squeeze, or boredom—without requiring support tickets. Merchants can set guardrails (minimum term, discount caps, inventory constraints) and run A/B tests on offers. Analytics focus on incremental retained revenue, not vanity metrics, and includes cohort views by acquisition channel and product. This is not a “magic AI churn predictor”; it’s a pragmatic conversion layer that makes staying subscribed easier than leaving.
