SuiteOps is a web + mobile (iOS/Android) AI-assisted operations app for luxury resorts to execute high-touch guest stays consistently. It turns pre-arrival preferences, itinerary changes, VIP notes, and service recovery tasks into a single live “stay timeline” shared across concierge, housekeeping, F&B, spa, and butlers. The AI layer summarizes guest profiles from scattered sources (PMS notes, email threads, WhatsApp messages) and suggests next-best actions (e.g., “move turndown earlier; guest has 7pm tasting”). It also flags risk: missed amenities, delayed room readiness, allergy conflicts, or overbooked experiences. This is not another booking app; it’s an internal execution system that reduces dropped balls and makes service feel magically personalized. The MVP focuses on one property at a time, integrating lightly with existing systems and relying on human confirmation for anything guest-facing.
