SuiteSignal is a mobile + web AI app for five-star hotels that predicts and prevents “service recovery” incidents for VIP and high-value guests. It ingests signals already inside the hotel (PMS notes, guest profile, past complaints, housekeeping status, maintenance tickets, room moves, late check-in patterns, amenity delivery logs) and turns them into a simple risk score per arriving in-house guest, with specific next actions. The point is not another guest app—guests won’t download it. This is an internal ops tool for front office, housekeeping, and guest relations to catch failures early (wrong room setup, missing preferences, delayed luggage, noisy room, minibar issues) and coordinate fixes fast. It also generates a concise “VIP brief” for staff handoffs and logs what was done, so leadership can audit execution. If you can’t integrate with the hotel’s core systems, this won’t work.
