SuiteSwitch is a mobile + web app for luxury train travelers and travel advisors to manage cabin swaps, upgrade requests, and special-perk negotiations in one place. Luxury rail bookings are often fragmented across operators, agents, and concierge teams, so changes happen via slow email threads and phone calls—risking missed upgrades, wrong cabin assignments, and unhappy high-paying guests. SuiteSwitch creates a trip “rooming board” for each departure: cabin inventory (manually entered or imported), passenger preferences, and a structured workflow for swap proposals, approvals, and confirmations. It also includes a lightweight AI assistant that drafts change requests, summarizes operator policies, and flags conflicts (e.g., accessibility needs, connecting cabins, dietary notes tied to a passenger). This is not a booking engine; it’s an operations layer that reduces mistakes and speeds up high-touch service where margins are high and errors are expensive.
