SukukScope

SukukScope is a mobile + web app that helps everyday Muslims evaluate sukuk offerings without needing a finance degree. It aggregates publicly available sukuk documents, key terms, and issuer disclosures, then converts them into a standardized summary: structure type, underlying assets, cashflow mechanics, credit risk signals, and Shariah governance notes. Users can set filters (currency, tenor, jurisdiction, rating band, sector) and receive alerts when new sukuk match their criteria or when material events occur (rating actions, missed payments, covenant breaches, issuer news). The app includes a “What could go wrong?” section that highlights realistic downside scenarios and liquidity constraints—because sukuk can be illiquid and retail access is often limited. It won’t pretend to give fatwas; instead it shows the Shariah board, references, and flags missing or vague disclosures so users can decide or consult scholars.
