SuppCheck is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that helps people use complementary therapies—mainly supplements and herbs—more safely and with less guesswork. Users scan a product barcode or label photo, then log dose, timing, and goals (sleep, anxiety, gut, pain). The app flags potential interactions (supplement–supplement and supplement–medication), duplicate ingredients across products, and common “too much” risks (e.g., vitamin A, iron). It also prompts simple outcome tracking (1–2 minute daily check-ins) and generates a weekly report showing what changed when you started/stopped something. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for label parsing and normalizing messy ingredient lists, not for making medical claims. It’s realistic: it won’t “cure” anything; it will reduce preventable mistakes and help users make cleaner decisions to discuss with clinicians.
