SupplierPulse is a web app (with optional Shopify admin embedded view) that continuously scores dropshipping suppliers on real-world reliability: shipping speed consistency, tracking validity, cancellation rates, and dispute/chargeback risk. It connects to your Shopify store, pulls order + fulfillment events, and cross-references carrier tracking signals to detect “label created” stalling, reroutes, and delivery anomalies. You get a supplier health dashboard, alerts when a supplier’s performance degrades, and a recommended fallback supplier list for each product (based on your own history, not generic ratings). It also generates evidence packs for PayPal/Stripe disputes (timeline, tracking, customer comms) to reduce losses. This is not a magic profit machine—think of it as an operational risk monitor that helps you stop scaling bad suppliers before they burn your ad spend and reputation.
