SupplyGraph

SupplyGraph is a web app (with optional desktop data connector) that helps procurement and risk teams build a real network view of their supply chain—beyond tier-1 vendors. Users import vendor lists, shipment lanes, and part/BOM relationships, then the app constructs a graph of dependencies and calculates network risk metrics (centrality, single points of failure, community clusters, and cascading-failure simulations). It flags “hidden hubs” (suppliers that quietly sit behind many critical parts) and suggests mitigation actions like dual-sourcing targets and inventory buffers, with clear explanations tied to graph structure. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to reconcile messy supplier names, classify parts, and extract relationships from contracts/PO notes, but the core value is deterministic network analytics and scenario testing. Output is board-ready: risk heatmaps, top-10 fragility nodes, and what-if disruption reports.
