SupportPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps schools identify and triage students who are quietly falling off-track. It pulls in signals most institutions already have—LMS logins, assignment submission gaps, attendance, advising notes, and basic wellbeing check-ins—and turns them into a simple risk queue for support staff. Instead of generic “early alert” dashboards that nobody checks, it focuses on workflow: who needs outreach today, what to say, and how to close the loop. It includes templated outreach (email/SMS), a case timeline, and outcome tracking so teams can prove impact. This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes case history and drafts outreach messages, but humans make decisions. The goal is not to replace counselors; it’s to reduce missed signals and administrative overhead so limited staff time goes to the right students.
