It provides a customer-facing intake flow (QR link at the counter or online), instant condition-guided grading, and a clear offer calculator tied to your resale margins. Staff can scan IDs, capture photos, and generate a trade-in receipt in minutes; customers can choose store credit, payout, or donation. The system tracks each item from intake to refurbishment to resale, so you can see true profitability per category and reduce “mystery loss.” It integrates with Shopify and Square to issue credit automatically and sync inventory when items are listed for resale. An AI layer helps standardize condition grading from photos and flags likely fraud or stolen goods patterns, but the core product still works without perfect AI.
