SwapSentry

SwapSentry is a mobile + web app for battery-swapping operators that flags failing packs early using simple health signals and station telemetry. Instead of trying to outsmart OEM BMS data you can’t access, it focuses on what operators actually have: swap frequency, charge time anomalies, temperature events, voltage sag snapshots (if available), and customer-reported issues. The app scores each pack’s risk, recommends quarantine/rotation, and creates an auditable maintenance trail for warranties and insurance. Station managers get a daily “pull list” of packs to remove, and ops teams see fleet-wide trends by station, route, and vehicle model. It’s an AI-assisted app (lightweight anomaly detection + rules) but remains usable without perfect data. Realistically, it won’t magically extend battery life; it will reduce downtime, incidents, and warranty disputes by making pack handling disciplined and measurable.
