SwarmOps
SwarmOps is a web + desktop app for teams running multi-robot pilots (10–500 units) who are tired of brittle scripts, scattered ROS logs, and guessing why the swarm diverged. It provides a single control plane to provision robots, push mission configs, watch live telemetry, and replay incidents with synchronized timelines (pose, comms, battery, task state). The AI layer clusters anomalies (e.g., comms partition, localization drift, leader-election thrash) and suggests likely root causes based on patterns from prior runs, without pretending to “solve autonomy.” It integrates with ROS 2 and common radios, but stays vendor-neutral by focusing on observability and fleet operations rather than proprietary autonomy stacks. Brutal truth: most swarm projects fail in the field due to ops and reliability, not algorithms—this app targets that gap with practical tooling and audit-friendly reporting.
