SwarmTriage

SwarmTriage is a web + desktop app for robotics teams running multi-robot fleets (UAVs/UGVs) that turns messy ROS2 logs, telemetry, and network traces into a single incident timeline. You upload or stream bag files and metrics from each robot, and the app automatically aligns clocks, detects communication partitions, identifies leader-election thrash, and highlights the first robot that diverged from consensus. It generates a “root-cause shortlist” with evidence links (plots, packet loss bursts, CPU spikes, localization jumps) and a reproducible replay recipe. This is not a magic autopilot: it won’t fix bad algorithms, but it will drastically cut the time spent arguing over which robot broke first and why. Teams can share incident reports with annotated graphs, compare runs across firmware versions, and maintain a searchable library of swarm failure patterns.
