Utilities still rely heavily on PDFs, radio calls, and manual sign-offs—where a single missed tag, wrong device, or stale one-line diagram can trigger an outage or safety incident. The app lets planners build switching orders from a library of devices, auto-validates prerequisites (clearances, tags, lockouts), and requires two-person verification on critical steps. Field crews follow a guided checklist that captures timestamps, photos, and acknowledgments, producing an audit-ready record instantly. It integrates with common OMS/SCADA via lightweight APIs or file drops, but remains usable even when integration is limited. This is not a flashy consumer product; it’s a compliance and risk-reduction tool that saves time, reduces rework, and lowers incident probability.
