SyllabiSync
SyllabiSync is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that ingests course syllabi (PDF, DOCX, LMS copy/paste) and converts them into a structured, editable course plan: assignments, readings, exams, grading weights, and weekly milestones. It auto-creates a calendar, sends reminders, and tracks what’s actually been completed. The AI layer extracts dates, policies, and grading rules, flags ambiguities (e.g., “midterm week” with no date), and generates a realistic weekly workload estimate across all classes. Students can share a “proof view” showing the exact syllabus snippet behind each extracted item to build trust. It integrates with Google Calendar/Outlook and can export task lists to Notion/Todoist. This is not a generic study app; it’s a syllabus-to-plan pipeline that reduces the first two weeks of chaos and prevents missed deadlines all semester.
