SyllabiSync

SyllabiSync is a mobile + web exam-prep planner that converts messy syllabi and exam dates into a realistic weekly study plan with measurable targets. Users upload a syllabus PDF or paste course outlines; the app extracts topics, due dates, and exam coverage, then builds a schedule based on available hours, difficulty, and prior performance. It doesn’t pretend to “teach” everything—its value is in preventing last-minute cramming by forcing tradeoffs and showing what won’t fit. It includes lightweight check-ins, a backlog of missed tasks, and a “risk meter” that estimates whether you’re on track for your target grade. The AI component is used for document parsing and topic mapping, not for generating endless flashcards. Integrations with Google Calendar and reminders keep it practical. The product wins only if it’s faster than doing it manually and accurate enough to trust.
