SymptomScribe

SymptomScribe is a mobile + web app that helps people experiencing psychosis (and their trusted supporters) capture brief, structured daily check-ins and convert them into a clear timeline for psychiatric visits. Users log sleep, stress, substance use, medication adherence (optional), and key experiences like paranoia intensity, voices, and disorganization—using simple sliders and short prompts. The AI layer summarizes patterns, flags abrupt changes, and generates a one-page “visit brief” that can be shared with a clinician or case manager. It also supports a “supporter mode” where a family member can add observations without seeing private journal text, reducing conflict and oversharing. This is not a crisis app; it focuses on improving appointment quality and continuity of care, which is where many patients currently lose momentum. Expect heavy emphasis on privacy, consent, and audit trails.
