SymptomStamp

SymptomStamp is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) for people with recurring symptoms—migraines, IBS, eczema, anxiety spikes, chronic pain—who are tired of vague notes and unhelpful appointments. It lets you log an episode in under 15 seconds using “stamps” (severity, location, suspected trigger, meds taken, sleep, stress, food, cycle, weather). The app automatically pulls local weather and air-quality context, then generates simple weekly insights: patterns, likely triggers, and what changed before flare-ups. You can export a clean, clinician-friendly PDF summary for appointments, reducing the usual “I don’t remember” problem. This is not a diagnostic tool; it’s a structured evidence builder. Realistically, the value comes from consistency and speed—if logging is slow, users quit—so the UI is designed around one-tap capture and reminders that don’t annoy.
