SyncCaster

SyncCaster is a web + desktop app that helps sports broadcasters and digital creators run remote commentary that stays in sync with the live feed. It provides a “shared timebase” so every commentator hears and sees the same moment, even if they’re on different networks. The app ingests a program feed (SRT/RTMP/WebRTC), measures each participant’s end-to-end delay, then automatically applies per-user offsets so reactions align. It also includes a lightweight producer panel for talkback, cough/mute, quick replays, and a clean audio mix-minus to prevent echo. This is not a full broadcast suite; it’s a focused tool that fixes the most common remote-production failure: unsynced reactions and messy comms. It targets small-to-mid productions that can’t afford full REMI infrastructure but still need professional timing and coordination.
