SyncLedger

SyncLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for music licensing teams and indie rights-holders to manage the messy middle of sync: who owns what, who must approve, what the quote was, and whether the paperwork is actually done. Instead of hunting through email threads and spreadsheets, users create a track record with linked assets: audio, stems, metadata, ownership splits, publisher/writer contacts, MFN clauses, rate cards, and territory/term restrictions. Each incoming request becomes a checklist-driven deal room: approvals, quote history, cue sheet reminders, invoice status, and delivery files. It doesn’t try to be a marketplace; it’s the operational system that prevents deals from dying due to missing splits, slow approvals, or unclear rights. Expect unglamorous workflows, but real time saved and fewer lost opportunities.
