SyncProof
SyncProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps music supervisors, agencies, and indie labels quickly verify whether a track is actually licensable for sync—before time is wasted pitching or cutting to picture. Users upload a track link or ISRC, then build a “rights packet” by inviting the master owner and publisher(s) to confirm ownership splits, territory, term, and pre-approved pricing ranges. The app generates a shareable clearance certificate and a standardized one-page deal memo that can be attached to pitches. It’s not a magic database: it relies on structured confirmations from the rights holders, audit trails, and versioned approvals. A lightweight AI layer flags missing parties, inconsistent split totals, and risky language in uploaded agreements, but it won’t pretend to provide definitive ownership when it can’t. The value is speed, documentation, and fewer embarrassing clearance failures.
