SyncScope

SyncScope is a desktop + web app for robotics teams to diagnose sensor-fusion failures fast. It ingests ROS2 bags (and common log formats) and automatically highlights time-sync issues, frame mismatches, calibration drift, and filter inconsistency across IMU, wheel odometry, GNSS, LiDAR, and cameras. Instead of staring at plots for hours, engineers get a ranked “likely root causes” list with evidence: correlated residual spikes, latency histograms, TF tree anomalies, and replayable moments where the estimator diverges. The product is realistic: it won’t magically fix your EKF, but it will shorten the debug loop and make failures reproducible and shareable across the team. It also generates a clean report for incident reviews and field ops, so the same fusion bug doesn’t get rediscovered every sprint.
