SyncSkirmish is a mobile + web party-gaming platform built for mixed setups: some players on a couch, others remote, all joining instantly via a QR code. It focuses on “second-screen” co-op and versus games where the TV/browser shows the shared arena while each phone becomes a controller with hidden info, roles, and quick actions. The MVP ships with 6–10 highly replayable mini-games (social deduction, team trivia with sabotage, rhythm tap battles, drawing/guessing, asymmetric boss fights) designed for 10–15 minute rounds and 3–10 players. Built-in voice room links (Discord/Zoom) and latency-aware input smoothing make remote play less frustrating. Monetization is straightforward: free rotation of games, paid season packs, and private room upgrades.
