SyncStadium

SyncStadium is a mobile + web app that creates “latency-matched” watch parties for live sports streams. Instead of pretending everyone is synced (they aren’t), it measures each viewer’s stream delay and automatically aligns chat, reactions, and key moments so the group experiences goals, knockouts, and buzzer-beaters together. Hosts can run lightweight live events: prediction polls, prop bets (for fun, not gambling), and instant highlight replays that trigger only after everyone in the party has reached that moment. It integrates with major streaming providers via deep links and supports “second-screen mode” so you can keep the stream on TV while the party runs on your phone. Monetization is straightforward: freemium parties with limits, plus a subscription for larger rooms, advanced overlays, and creator tools. The hard truth: licensing is messy, so the product must avoid restreaming and focus on synchronization and community.
