SyncStride

SyncStride is a mobile AI app that scores whole-body coordination using your phone camera and simple, standardized movement drills (e.g., single-leg reach, lateral shuffle, cross-body taps). It turns raw video into a repeatable “Coordination Index” with breakdowns for balance, timing, symmetry, and reaction. Users get short, progressive routines (5–10 minutes) designed to improve the weakest component, plus reminders and trend charts to show whether training is actually transferring. The app is realistic about accuracy: it works best in good lighting, full-body framing, and for gross-motor patterns—not fine clinical diagnosis. It’s built for consistency: the same drills, same scoring, and clear “pass/fail” thresholds so users can track improvement over weeks. Optional coach mode lets trainers manage clients and compare baseline vs. current scores without needing expensive lab gear.
