SyncSwitch

SyncSwitch is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that routes communication to the right mode: real-time when it truly needs it, asynchronous when it doesn’t. It watches signals like response latency, time zones, calendar availability, incident severity tags, and thread context to recommend: start a huddle now, schedule a 10-minute slot, or keep it async with a structured update template. The goal is to cut “always-on” interruptions without slowing down critical decisions. Teams get a lightweight dashboard showing where latency is hurting outcomes (e.g., blocked PRs, stalled customer escalations) and where meetings are wasteful. It also enforces simple SLAs: if something is marked urgent and hasn’t been acknowledged in X minutes, it escalates to a real-time channel. This is a combination traditional + AI app: rules plus LLM-based summarization and intent/urgency classification.
